Bakliwal Group is a Navi Mumbai–based diversified enterprise with interests across real estate development, education, finance, and advisory services. The group is driven by an execution-first mindset, with a focus on building long-term, high-quality assets.

Under its real estate vertical, House of Bakliwal, we design and develop luxury villas, resort-style communities, and experiential residential projects in emerging and strategic locations around Navi Mumbai. Each project is approached with a strong emphasis on design quality, site sensitivity, and end-user experience — blending architecture, landscape, and lifestyle into cohesive destinations rather than just buildings.

This is not a typical architect role.

You won’t just be making drawings.

You’ll work directly with the founders, involved in decisions that shape real projects on ground.

From early concepts to on-site execution — you’ll see how ideas actually translate into built environments.

• Luxury villas and resort-style developments under House of Bakliwal
• Concept design to execution-level detailing
• Regular site visits and real-time problem solving
• Coordination with consultants, vendors, and execution teams
• Understanding how design, cost, and practicality come together

• 0–3 years of experience (strong internships count)
• Someone who is curious, proactive, and hands-on
• Comfortable travelling between Belapur and Kolad
• Interested in both design and execution
• Wants to work closely with decision-makers, not within layers of hierarchy

• AutoCAD, SketchUp, and basic BIM understanding
• Strong design sense with practical thinking
• Clear communication and ownership mindset
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt on ground
