• Develo

architectural concepts, layouts, and design proposals for residential projects• Prepare
detailed architectural drawings, working drawings, and construction drawings• Coordin
ate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and site teams• Ensure
designs are practical, buildable, and aligned with project budgets• Create
presentation drawings and client design presentations• Review
and approve drawings before site execution• Monitor
design implementation during construction• Support
3D visualization and concept development• Maintai
n proper drawing revision control and documentation

Skills & Qualifications
• Bachel
o
r’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)• 1–2 yea
rs of experience in residential architecture or construction projects• Strong
knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp / Revit, and architectural detailing• Underst
anding of construction methods, materials, and site coordination• Ability
to convert concepts into execution-ready drawings• Strong
design sense with practical thinking• Good co
mmunication and team coordination skills
