Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced AR Caller with strong knowledge in medical billing and physician billing to handle insurance follow-ups and resolve claim-related issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with US insurance companies on unpaid/denied claims
- Analyze AR reports and work on aging accounts
- Handle claim denials, rejections, and payment discrepancies
- Ensure timely resolution and maximum reimbursement
- Maintain accurate documentation of call notes and actions taken
- Coordinate with billing and coding teams for claim corrections
Required Skills:
- Good experience in Medical Billing & Physician Billing
- Knowledge of US healthcare insurance processes
- Strong understanding of AR follow-up and denial management
- Familiar with CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS basics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work with AR tools and billing software
Qualifications:
- Any graduate or diploma
- 1 to 3 years of relevant AR Calling experience
