Aptitude Trainer

The Aptitude Trainer will deliver engaging and effective training sessions to enhance the aptitude, problem-solving, and analytical abilities of students preparing for campus placements and competitive exams. Key responsibilities include conducting classroom training on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability topics, mentoring students, preparing customized course content, and tracking student performance. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vellore.

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including expertise in Logical Reasoning, Data Interpretation, and Numerical Ability
• Proficiency in English communication skills and ability to teach Verbal Ability and critical language concepts
• Proven capability for delivering training sessions, engaging students, and monitoring their progress
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills for planning courses and assessments
• Experience in curriculum design or content development is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; background in Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields is preferred
