About Us

We are building India's first AI-native management education brand, a ground-up rethink of what a business degree should look like in the post-AI world. At STRIDE, AI is not a subject that students study. It is the method by which they learn everything else. The Applied AI Faculty is the person who makes that sentence true in a classroom, every single day.

The Role

You teach the AI track across all six semesters: AI fluency and prompting depth, tool evaluation and selection judgment, vibe coding, automations, agent building, and AI economics. You take a 17-year-old student who has never written a prompt and, within one semester, make them dangerous with AI.

What You Will Do

  • Teach the AI track: hands-on, laptops open, guided from zero. No lectures about AI. Doing with AI.
  • Co-build AI exercise playbooks with the central academic team and adapt them for your campus: the finance faculty teaching unit, economics with AI runs a playbook, not improvisation.
  • Help build better learning tools for STRIDE students across campuses: practice systems, automated feedback, and internal tools that make the programme itself smarter every semester.
  • Run guided labs: dashboard builds, automation sprints, agent deployments. Students leave each lab with something working.
  • Stay current so the programme stays current: tools change monthly, and your course material changes with them. What you teach in January will not be what you taught in August.
  • Mentor student projects: the Creator Challenge in Year 1 and the Venture Challenge in Year 2, both run on AI systems that students build under your guidance.

Who You Are

You are a practitioner first. You have 2 to 4 years of real work behind you, and AI is already how you work, not something you are learning for this role. Sample profiles that fit:

  • Instructor or teaching associate at a tech upskilling programme or bootcamp who builds with AI daily, not just delivers someone else's slides.
  • Freelance or agency automation builder who has shipped client workflows on tools like Make, Zapier, n8n, or GPT and Claude-based agents.
  • Analyst, marketer, or operator who rebuilt their entire workflow around AI and has the portfolio to prove it: dashboards, automations, agents, content systems.
  • Independent builder or creator with serious AI projects in public, even without a brand-name employer.

Whatever the background, four things are non-negotiable:

  • Daily, deep fluency across the modern AI stack: ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Cursor, image and video generation tools, automation platforms, and agent frameworks. In the interview, you will demonstrate a real workflow live. This is the single biggest filter. We hire demonstrated fluency, not pedigree.
  • Teaching instinct. You can take someone from zero without condescension and without losing patience. Prior classroom experience is a plus, not a requirement; the ability to explain is.
  • Business literacy. You understand CAC, margins, and why a founder cares about cost per output. You will be teaching AI economics, not just AI tools.
  • Builder's restlessness. You try new tools the week they launch. Your judgment about what matters and what is noise becomes the programme's judgment.

What This Role Is Not

  • Not a professor role. There is no textbook, no slides recycled for five years, no theory-first teaching. If you want a lectern, this is the wrong place.
  • The AI track runs all six semesters, and the playbook responsibility is continuous. This is a full-time, on-campus commitment.
  • Not a research position. We measure you by what students can do, not by what you publish.

Why Join Us

  • Define a category. Nobody in India has taught AI this way to undergraduates. The playbooks you write become the reference for everyone who copies us later.
  • Direct access to the Founding Director. You report to the founder, not into a dean's office three layers up.
  • A clear growth path: Head of Learning and Experience, or Academic Lead across campuses, as STRIDE scales.
