Overview Appzeon is hiring 4–5 Applied AI Engineers to design, prototype, and deploy AI-native agentic solutions. This role focuses on building production-ready AI systems, not research or maintenance. Engineers will rapidly transform business requirements into working AI products using modern AI technologies and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

✓AI Solution Development
✓Design, build, and deploy GenAI and Agentic AI applications.
✓Develop RAG pipelines, prompt systems, and AI workflows.
✓Build integrations using MCP, APIs, webhooks, and enterprise systems.
✓Utilize AWS Bedrock, Claude, GPT, and emerging agentic frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AWS Agentcore, and AWS Strands.
✓Leverage AI development tools to accelerate delivery.
✓Requirements
✓5–8 years of software engineering experience with 2+ years in AI/ML development.
✓Proven experience delivering production-grade LLM or Agentic AI applications.
✓Strong Python and/or TypeScript skills.
✓Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock (preferred) or equivalent AI platforms.
✓Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AWS Agentcore, AWS Strands, Claude Managed Agents, or similar frameworks.
✓Strong API integration experience (REST, webhooks, MCP).
✓Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
✓Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
✓Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI/ML, or related field.
✓Preferred Qualifications:
✓Experience with AI evaluation, prompt testing, and model quality assurance.
✓Knowledge of AI Development Lifecycle (AI-DLC).
✓Experience with Agent-to-Agent (A2A) integrations.
✓Background in SaaS, digital marketing technology, or sales operations.
✓Ideal Candidate Has successfully shipped at least one production-grade AI application.
✓Understands RAG, agentic workflows, and enterprise AI architectures.
✓Comfortable working with ambiguity and rapid delivery cycles.
✓Demonstrates strong ownership, documentation, and collaboration skills.
