Job Title : Enterprise Application Delivery Lead (Non-SAP)

Grade : Deputy General Manager

Overview:

The person in this role demonstrates a high level of professionalism, prioritizing the efficient andeffective delivery of complex technology solutions and operational plans within the BT GlobalBusiness Operations department. Responsibilities include leading critical projects and initiatives,applying specialized expertise to solve unique challenges, and driving continuous improvementacross processes.

Main Accountabilities:

• Business Technology Delivery Lead for Enterprise application teams operating from the Mohalishared services center, responsible for both global projects and application support forenterprise apps including SuccessFactors, Salesforce, and custom developed applications.
• Drive adherence to and continuous improvement of Quality Assurance (QA) and SoftwareDevelopment Life Cycle (SDLC) processes, including robust change, release, and testingstrategies, ensuring strict compliance with internal standards and industry best practices. Thisrole involves leading various technical & functional teams through complex application upgradeinitiatives, system migrations, and mini-projects, leveraging extensive experience in designing,deploying, and managing applications within diverse cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure,GCP) to ensure scalability, resilience, and optimal performance.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of solution experts, developers, and testerswithin Enterprise Applications, overseeing all aspects of their delivery, performancemanagement, and professional development, while actively contributing to the developmentand implementation of short to mid-term talent optimization strategies.
• Demostrarte strong stakeholder management by leading and influencing diverse functional andtechnical teams, collaborating closely with BT Global stakeholders, Global application owners,CoE leads, and key Business/GBS stakeholders, to effectively manage business requirementtrackers and deliver enhancements and changes aligned with business priorities andsuccessful delivery outcomes.
  
  

Education/Experience:

• Typically, a bachelor’s degree in [Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering,Business Administration, or a related field] with 15+ years of relevant experience in IT projectdelivery, solution implementation, or technical operations.
• Proven expertise in leading complex global implementation and rollout projects, and drivingstrategic technology initiatives within a large-scale enterprise environment, coupled with 5-8years of experience in Global Operation Support (AMS) engagements, effectively managingand mentoring diverse teams of 20+ professionals, an
