Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge. Must have skills : Microsoft SQL Server Administration Good to have skills : NA Minimum 2 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as the vital link between clients and the systems or applications they utilize. Your day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, addressing their concerns, and ensuring the smooth operation of our world-class systems. You will leverage your exceptional communication skills to define client issues accurately and design effective resolutions based on your comprehensive product knowledge. Your commitment to quality will be evident as you work diligently to maintain high standards in service delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and system reliability. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system support. - Provide training and guidance to junior team members on system functionalities and troubleshooting techniques. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Administration. - Strong understanding of database management and optimization techniques. - Experience with backup and recovery strategies for SQL databases. - Familiarity with performance tuning and monitoring tools. - Ability to write and optimize complex SQL queries. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server Administration. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
