Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your typical day will include collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that all components function seamlessly. You will also be responsible for documenting solutions and providing insights to enhance system efficiency, all while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional service to users and stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of system enhancements. - Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Strong understanding of software debugging and troubleshooting techniques. - Experience with performance tuning and optimization of SAP applications. - Familiarity with SAP HANA database concepts and architecture. - Ability to write and maintain technical documentation. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office. - A 15 years full time education is required., 15 years full time education
