Responsibilities

• Provide expert application support to clients, addressing issues and ensuring smooth operation of applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve application-related problems.
• Conduct regular system checks and performance monitoring to identify potential issues before they impact users.
• Document support processes and maintain knowledge base articles for future reference.
• Train and mentor junior team members on application support best practices.
• Engage with clients to gather feedback and improve application functionality based on user needs.
