Job Description
Application Support Engineer - Hybrid - Manchester.
My client is seeking a proactive, technically skilled IT professional to lead and enhance its ERP environment and support core business platforms. The role involves acting as the primary technical and functional lead for the ERP system, while also supporting the wider application landscape, including Microsoft 365 and cloud services. ERP experience is essential.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Proven hands-on experience supporting ERP systems in a business-critical environment.
- Strong experience delivering IT related projects.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and modern workplace technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects to deadlines.
Desirable:
- Experience with Azure, Intune, Power BI and wider Microsoft services.
- Exposure to Azure and/or AWS.
- Experience with virtualisation, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
