IMEA (India, Middle East, Africa) India LIXIL INDIA PVT LTD Employee Assignment Fully remote possible Full Time 1 November 2025 Senior Application Specialist SAP ITD Job Description 25% SAP application programming, debugging, configuration (customizing / ABAP) 15% Independent analysis of changing problems in SAP EWM / TM (preferably TM), ERP (S/4HANA and R/3) and in connected systems. 10 % Development and support of EDI interfaces to external service providers 30% Coordination with the Business Process Owner (BPO), across departments, about the definition of procedures and processes in SAP environment 10% Assurance of the productive system 10% Application consulting, support and training of key user, planning and implementation of workshops. As part of the activity, regular coordination with the BPOs must take place. This position is furthermore characterized by a strong networking between different departments, internal IT departments and external service providers. Initiative in the development of knowledge and the analysis and implementation of potential for improvement in the process and program flows has to be built up. The tasks start with the design and go through to going live. Key Responsibilities Take proactive ownership of complex system areas, developments, or processes with minimal supervision within your area of expertise, cross functionally and together with internal and external stakeholders. Serve as subject matter expert in your domain; provide advanced support and solution guidance. Design, implement, and optimize processes or system changes aligned with strategic goals. Mentor and support junior and mid-level colleagues through structured guidance and coaching. Actively contribute to project planning, scoping, and design activities; represent IT in business-facing discussions. Ensure adherence to industry and system standards, documentation, and compliance requirements.
