Application Packaging Application Packaging Location: PAN India Experience: 8 years to 13years Interview Mode: Online Drive Interview Date: 28th Nov 2025 (Friday) Interview Time: 10: 00 AM to 4: 00 PM Must Have: Experience in Information Technology Experience with Windows Client Management Experience in software application packaging and deployment via SCCM Windows Fundamentals Extensive experience in reporting and techniques to automate processes using a scripting language such as PowerShell and or VBSCRIPT Strong application and hardware troubleshooting experience Detailed knowledge of Windows OS (client & server) Demonstrated ability to work with people in other areas across the enterprise (geographical and functional) to accomplish desired outcomes Proven ability to quickly troubleshoot issues using a sound and logical approach to deliver a valid solution Understanding of the software development lifecycle and methodologies Ability to identify and implement process improvement opportunities Ability to develop solutions to a variety of complex problems of diverse scope and complexity Demonstrates a broad knowledge of a variety of alternatives and their impact on the business unit Strong verbal and written communication skills Self-starter with strong, proactive work ethic Exceptional organizational & time management skills Networking and Firewall knowledge Good to have: Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Security to include authorization, authentication, rights management and security certificates Experience with Winbatch SQL programming experience and knowledge Active Directory, and Group Policy, DNS, DHCP Hard disk Encryption Technologies Knowledge and experience with VS Code/PowerShell Studio Knowledge of Sparkle Flow software for application management Roles & Responsibilities: Application packaging using PowerShell \ VBSCRIPT and delivery via SCCM Develop and implement process automation via PowerShell Responsible for in-depth troubleshooting of complex laptop\desktop issues for root cause and recommended solution Provide translation of business requirements into technical designs for end user computing initiatives Demonstrates technical leadership by staying current on new technologies Maintains up to date knowledge on the most recent scripting, packaging, and endpoint client management technologies and evaluates vendor products by reviewing white papers, attending conferences and vendor demonstrations Maintains collaborative working relationship with IS services (database, data center, servers, desktop, networking, security), and software vendors, as needed Implements continuous improvements (upgrades and patches) to ensure the environment is preventively maintained, running properly and protected from computer viruses and/or other security threats Interacts with users and other IS teams to accommodate requests for services Creates and maintains all required technical documentation per IS methodology and processes Leads trouble shooting initiatives and resolves failures by analyzing issues and implementing corrective actions. Leads root cause analysis and takes measures to address root cause analysis findings Leads project work stream activities, working with internal and external cross-functional groups Adheres to project plans, tasks, and deliverables; identify dependencies and resource requirements Appropriately communicates project status, escalate issues, and manage timelines and action items Leads the development and monitoring of policies and standards for server equipment resource capacity allocation to users and applications. 15 years of Full time Education
