Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Application Manager - Learning App, located in Noida. The Application Manager will oversee the development, maintenance, and enhancement of our learning application. Responsibilities include managing app operations, collaborating with development teams to implement new features, resolving technical issues, ensuring app performance, and analyzing user feedback for continuous improvement. The role also involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to align the application with organizational goals and staying updated on technology trends to enhance the app's functionality. Qualifications Technical Skills: Proficiency in app development, application management, or experience with software technologies relevant to learning platforms. Analytical Skills: Strong abilities in analyzing user feedback, app performance metrics, and utilizing data to guide app enhancements. Team Collaboration: Experience in working with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and content creators, to manage and improve applications. Project Management: Capability to manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and effectively allocate resources for app development and upgrades. Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues and ensure seamless application performance. Additional qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in educational or learning apps would be an added advantage.
