Location: Pune (HYBRID/Onsite)

Short Description:

React Native Developer to design, build, and maintain high-quality cross-platform (iOS & Android) mobile applications for Payments/Banking initiatives. Own feature delivery, performance optimization, API integrations, and collaborate with design and backend teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain React Native apps (iOS & Android) using best practices.
• Implement new features from Figma/UX specs, translating designs into responsive mobile UIs.
• Integrate REST/gRPC/GraphQL APIs and manage offline/data-sync patterns.
• Optimize app performance, memory, and startup times; troubleshoot crashes and ANRs.
• Implement analytics, logging, and error reporting; support QA and release activities.
• Use debugging tools and device labs to reproduce and fix issues across platforms.
• Maintain code quality via TypeScript/ESLint, unit/integration tests, and code reviews.
• Work closely with backend, QA, and design teams for end‑to‑end delivery and estimations.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong React Native experience (production apps) and solid JavaScript/TypeScript skills.
• Proficiency with mobile UI patterns, navigation, gestures, and platform-specific modules.
• Experience integrating with backend APIs, authentication flows, and local storage.
• Familiarity with native module linking, bridging, and debugging on iOS/Android.
• Version control (Git), CI/CD for mobile, and familiarity with app store deployment processes.
• Strong problem‑solving, collaboration, and ownership mindset.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in Payments/Banking domain or enterprise apps.
• Knowledge of performance profiling tools (Flipper, Android Profiler, Instruments).
• Experience with Expo, Hermes, Detox/Playwright for mobile, and feature-flagging frameworks.
• Experience converting Figma/Blueprint designs to production components.
