About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Expert Application Developer specializing in Sitecore CMS to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and developing enterprise-level web applications using Sitecore CMS, with additional expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React. This role involves leading digital marketing initiatives, implementing greenfield solutions, and modernizing existing platforms to enhance our digital presence. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies such as SaaS-based digital experience platforms, headless architecture, edge computing, and Gen AI, contributing significantly to our digital transformation efforts.

The role requires a proactive individual capable of collaborating across departments, ensuring high-quality code delivery, and optimizing digital experiences for performance and scalability. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid environment, primarily during IST working hours, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions that align with business objectives and enhance user engagement.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology, complemented by a minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in application development. Certifications such as Developer Certification or System Administrator Certification are highly preferred. Proven experience with Sitecore CMS, SaaS platforms, and headless architecture is essential. Knowledge of .NET, Azure, and other cloud services will be advantageous. Candidates should have a strong understanding of responsive design, reusable components, personalization, audience segmentation, and integration with third-party systems. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment are critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in the adoption and implementation of new technologies and frameworks, including SaaS-based digital experience platforms, headless architecture, edge computing, and Generative AI.
• Collaborate closely with marketing teams to create compelling omnichannel experiences, driving customer engagement, personalization, and analytics.
• Develop project deliverables, proof-of-concepts, and pilot new solutions to validate their effectiveness and scalability.
• Ensure high-quality code delivery by conducting code reviews, adhering to best practices, and performing thorough testing.
• Assist in designing the architecture of web and mobile applications to meet evolving business needs.
• Develop technical solutions that align with user and business requirements, delivering measurable value.
• Optimize digital experiences for performance, scalability, and security, ensuring seamless user interactions.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement solutions, troubleshoot issues, and enhance existing platforms.
• Implement personalization, audience segmentation, and customer journey analytics while maintaining data security and privacy standards.
• Integrate digital experiences with third-party systems such as ERP, CRM, and other enterprise applications.
• Support migration efforts from managed services to in-house hosting and SaaS-based headless architectures, including deployment on edge platforms such as Vercel, Netlify, or GCP Firebase.
