Job Description Summary

Full Stack Web Developer (Angular + .NET)

Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated and energetic Full Stack Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate is a team player who is eager to learn new skills both on and off the job. You will work alongside a team of experienced actuarial analysts, developers, and business resources to build and maintain internal and external-facing web applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop full stack web applications across the technology stack (Front end, web APIs, and database).
• Design, mock-up, and implement web application prototypes.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, developers, and business experts to build high-performing
  
  

web applications.

• Assist in the support and enhancement of existing applications as needed.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience with agile development processes (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban).
• At least 5 years of experience in single-page web application development using Angular (Not
  
  

AngularJS), JavaScript/Typescript, and CSS.

• At least 5 years of experience in .NET 6+, C#, and ASP.NET Core Web API.
• Experience with Entity Framework ORM, SQL, and developing applications against relational database
  
  

systems (e.g., MSSQL, PostgreSQL).

• Understanding of clean coding principles and design patterns.
• Ability to design and develop applications with performance considerations.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and an aesthetic sense for front-end web application design.
• Independent, proactive, and eager to learn new skills.
  
  

Nice To Haves

• Possesses a computer science/software engineer or related degree
• Experience with JavaScript visualization libraries (D3.js, Highcharts, SVGs)
• Experience with web components using StencilJS or Lit-Element
• Experience with modern data platforms such as Databricks/Fabric
• Experience with development of serverless applications and containerized applications on AWS/Azure
