Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to understand project goals, analyzing user needs, and implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency. You will also participate in testing and refining applications to ensure they align with business objectives, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation in application development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. - Develop and implement application features based on user feedback and testing results. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Analysis & Interpretation, Business Requirements Analysis. - Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights. - Experience with data visualization tools to present findings effectively. - Ability to work with various data sources and ensure data integrity. - Familiarity with application development methodologies and best practices.
