Must have skills : Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions tailored to meet client needs. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to analyze requirements, developing applications, and ensuring that the software functions seamlessly. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes, contributing to the overall quality and performance of the applications you develop. Your role will require you to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies to enhance your contributions to the team and the projects at hand. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of software specifications and design. - Engage in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and standards. Professional & Technical Skills: 2+ years technical experience within D365 CRM Service and Sales and exposure in CRM on-Prem Strong awareness of the following: CRM configuration & customization, CRM Plug-ins, CRM custom Workflows, Power Automate, Model Driven App, Canvas Apps Having exposure on Azure DevOps Act as development lead and able to demonstrate a wide range of development skills. Be a strong advocate for adherence to standards and best practice. Understand the capabilities of the development team and schedule their work appropriately, providing support and assistance when needed Write and review technical specification documentation Design, develop, review and test customized code for Dynamics 365 CRM as well as integrations to other applications. Excellent communicator with ability to operate within cross functional teams Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required., 15 years full time education
