Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are robust and user-friendly. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes to enhance application performance and reliability, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. - Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Framework, Hibernate, and RESTful web services. - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles. - Experience with database management systems such as MySQL or Oracle. - Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
