Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are built to the highest standards of quality and functionality. You will also participate in testing and refining applications to meet user expectations and business goals, contributing to a dynamic and collaborative work environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of application requirements and specifications. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Avanade Scrum Project Management. - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management principles. - Experience in application design and development using relevant programming languages. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Familiarity with software testing and quality assurance practices.
