Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications function seamlessly to support organizational goals. You will also participate in testing and refining applications to enhance user experience and efficiency, while maintaining a focus on quality and performance throughout the development lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of application specifications and user guides. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Visual Basic, Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI). - Strong understanding of application development methodologies. - Experience with database management and SQL. - Familiarity with software testing and debugging techniques. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
