A typical day involves collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications function seamlessly to enhance business operations. You will engage in problem-solving discussions and contribute to the overall success of the projects you are involved in, ensuring that the applications align with the strategic goals of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of application processes and workflows. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: 3+ years technical experience within D365 CRM Service and Sales Strong awareness of the following: CRM configuration & customization, CRM Plug-ins, CRM custom Workflows, Power Automate, Model Driven App, Canvas Apps Having exposure on Azure DevOps Act as development lead and able to demonstrate a wide range of development skills. Be a strong advocate for adherence to standards and best practice. Understand the capabilities of the development team and schedule their work appropriately, providing support and assistance when needed Write and review technical specification documentation Design, develop, review and test customized code for Dynamics 365 CRM as well as integrations to other applications. Excellent communicator with ability to operate within cross functional teams Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - This position is based at our Ahmedabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required., 15 years full time education
