Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing solutions, and ensuring that applications function seamlessly to support organizational goals. You will also participate in testing and troubleshooting to enhance application performance and user experience, contributing to a dynamic and innovative work environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of application specifications and user guides. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and technologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must have COBOL+ Payments/Cards knowledge. - Must to Have Skills: Proficiency in Cobol Mainframe. - Strong understanding of application development methodologies. - Experience with debugging and optimizing existing applications. - Familiarity with database management systems and data integration techniques. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Cobol Mainframe. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required., 15 years full time education
