We are seeking an experienced Application Delivery Manager to lead the successful planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will oversee application delivery initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, ensure project execution, and deliver reliable, high-performing applications that meet business objectives and customer expectations.

• Develop and implement application delivery strategies, governance frameworks, delivery roadmaps, and operational best practices aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead end-to-end application delivery across the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including planning, development, testing, deployment, release management, and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Software Engineering, Quality Assurance, DevOps, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Business Analysts, Operations, and Executive Leadership to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations across multiple application initiatives.
• Establish delivery governance processes, release management standards, change management procedures, and quality assurance practices.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including delivery timelines, application availability, release quality, defect rates, customer satisfaction, service levels, and operational performance.
• Drive Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and continuous delivery practices to improve delivery efficiency, collaboration, and software quality.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, technical challenges, and operational issues while ensuring timely resolution.
• Oversee application performance, incident management, service improvements, and lifecycle planning to ensure business continuity and user satisfaction.
• Leverage application lifecycle management (ALM), project management, DevOps, IT service management (ITSM), and analytics platforms to optimize delivery performance.
• Prepare executive reports, delivery dashboards, project updates, resource forecasts, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
• Lead, mentor, and develop application delivery teams while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, technology vendors, implementation partners, and business leaders.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Master's degree or professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, ITIL, or DevOps are advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in application delivery, software development, IT project management, technology consulting, or related roles.
• At least 2 years of experience managing application delivery teams, enterprise software projects, or digital transformation initiatives preferred.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, DevOps, application lifecycle management (ALM), release management, and IT service management (ITSM).
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow, Git, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud), project management tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and Power BI.
• Familiarity with enterprise applications, APIs, system integrations, cybersecurity principles, cloud-native architectures, and application performance monitoring tools is advantageous.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple application delivery projects while balancing quality, timelines, budgets, and business priorities.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in remote and hybrid environments.
