Client : MNC Client Key Responsibilities Application Development & Design: Develop sophisticated Appian applications, ensuring solutions meet business needs, are scalable, and align with best practices. Team Collaboration & Oversight: Support the Tech Lead in overseeing the work of junior and mid-level developers through regular peer reviews, coaching, and feedback. Support & Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to existing applications for enhanced performance and maintainability. Process Analysis & Improvement: Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to identify process automation opportunities. Quality Assurance: Oversee rigorous testing processes, ensuring robust application functionality and performance. Documentation: Produce and review technical documentation including workflows, configurations, and deployment procedures. Skills & Qualifications Required: Significant experience with Appian platform, including complex workflows, integrations (REST APIs, web services), and reporting. Strong proficiency in Appian SAIL, expression rules, and interfaces. Extensive SQL JAVA, SQL, Python or object-oriented programming and database management experience. Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred: 8 years of experience (4-5 years in Appian) Certified Senior Developer. Agile/Scrum methodology experience. Experience with Appian Process HQ and Case Management Studio. Exposure to Appian 24.4 (or latest) features and recommended patterns.
