Job Description
5?7+ years of software development experience, with 4-5+ years focused on Appian BPM. Proven experience in designing and delivering complex, custom Appian applications ? not just low-code workflows. Deep understanding of Appian architecture, custom SAIL development, expression rules, and Appian Records. Expertise in manual code development within Appian, with advanced knowledge of its internal functions and configuration capabilities. Strong proficiency in Java, SQL, REST/SOAP integrations, and working with relational databases. Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Appian Certified Lead Developer or higher (Architect preferred). Experience with large-scale Appian implementations in enterprise environments. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
