Job Role: Appian Architect

Location - Any Xebia Office

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Appian-based solutions
• Define overall Appian architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and security
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Develop and maintain:
• Process Models
• Interfaces (SAIL)
• Integrations
• Rules & Expression logic
• Provide technical leadership to Appian development team
• Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and governance frameworks
• Design and implement integration solutions with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, databases, etc.)
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues
• Support deployment, release management, and environment setup
• Mentor team members and conduct code reviews

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Appian BPM/Low-Code platform

Strong understanding of:

• Appian Architecture
• Process Modeling (BPMN)
• SAIL Interface Design

Experience with:

• Integration (REST APIs, Web Services, SQL databases)
• Appian components (Records, CDTs, Expressions, Plug-ins)
• Strong knowledge of:
• SQL and relational databases
• Object-oriented programming concepts
• Experience in end-to-end project delivery
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
