With a growing community of 10,000+ members and a team of 100+ changemakers, PANHA provides a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space through anonymous peer support, listener programs, and professional counseling services. PANHA’s mission is to reduce suicide cases and create a more emotionally supportive world.

PANHA is looking for a passionate Full Stack App Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable digital solutions for our mental health platform.

The developer will work on both front-end and back-end systems to build seamless, secure, and user-friendly applications that improve accessibility and user experience for individuals seeking emotional support.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, operations, and mental health initiatives to enhance platform functionality and scalability.

• Develop and maintain mobile and web application features
• Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces
• Develop scalable back-end systems and APIs
• Integrate databases, authentication systems, and third-party services
• Optimize applications for speed, security, and scalability
• Troubleshoot bugs and improve overall platform performance
• Collaborate remotely with team members and stakeholders
• Contribute innovative ideas to improve the PANHA platform experience

• Proficiency in Front-End Development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience in Back-End Development and database management
• Strong understanding of Full Stack Development principles
• Knowledge of scalable and secure software architecture
• Familiarity with modern frameworks and development tools
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
