Job Title: App Dev Engineer Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Consultant to support the development, testing, deployment, and production support of Workday inbound and outbound integrations tailored to NCR?s internal systems and external applications. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations (inbound and outbound) for various internal and external systems. Lead integration architecture and design efforts, ensuring scalable and efficient solutions. Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Required Qualifications 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Workday integrations and reporting tools, including: Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, Core Connectors, Document Transformation, EIB, XSLT, XML Packaged Connectors, Advanced Studio, and SOAP Web Services. 5+ years of experience working with Workday functional modules such as: HCM, US Payroll, External Payroll, and Recruiting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative and solution-oriented mindset. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job.
