Strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace setup, configuration, and administration ? Experience in integrating monitoring tools with Zoho Desk or similar ITSM platforms ? Good understanding of infrastructure and application performance metrics Bonus points for: Dynatrace Certification or experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
