Job Title : API Backend Engineer Location: Pune Experience: 8+ Years Work Mode ( WFO/Remote/Hybrid) : Hybrid Mode of Interview: F2F Job Type : FTE Notice Period:- Immediate joiners Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend services using Java and Spring Boot . Build and enhance RESTful APIs to support web and mobile applications. Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver robust end-to-end solutions. Implement best practices for API security, performance, and reliability. Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases to design efficient data models and queries. Integrate messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, etc.) for asynchronous communication. Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architecture decisions. Troubleshoot, optimize, and refactor existing backend components. Stay updated with new backend technologies and contribute to continuous improvement. Mandatory Skills: Programming Language: Java (Core Java, Java 8+ preferred) Framework: Spring Boot / Spring Framework API Development: RESTful API design and implementation Database: Strong SQL skills; experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)
