Apache Airflow Engineer

4–8+ years (recommended based on the skill requirements)

• Apache Airflow (DAG development, scheduling, monitoring, orchestration)
• Python (strong hands-on experience)
• SQL
• ETL/ELT pipeline development
• Data Engineering
• CI/CD (Git-based workflows)
• Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Workflow monitoring, SLA management, retries, alerting
• Production support and troubleshooting

• Financial Crime & Compliance Management
• Compliance & Governance
• Banking/Financial Services domain experience preferred

• S3 or cloud storage services
• APIs integration
• Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity planning
• Relational and NoSQL databases

• Design and develop Apache Airflow DAGs.
• Build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Schedule, monitor, and optimize workflows.
• Implement CI/CD for Airflow deployments.
• Troubleshoot production issues.
• Integrate Airflow with AWS, Azure, or GCP services.
• Ensure workflow reliability, security, and compliance.
• Support financial compliance and governance requirements.
