Job Summary Synechron is seeking a dedicated Angular Developer to design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications as part of our digital innovations. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in Angular development, combining strong front-end skills with a collaborative approach to deliver scalable and user-friendly solutions. This role supports our goal of building high-performance applications that enhance user engagement and meet evolving business needs. Software Requirements Required Skills: 3+ years of hands-on experience developing applications using Angular (v8+ preferred) Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript Experience working with front-end build tools such as Node.js, NPM, and Webpack Ability to write clean, modular, and maintainable code following best practices Familiarity with agile development processes and tools Preferred Skills: Experience with UI component libraries like Angular Material or Bootstrap Knowledge of version control systems such as Git Exposure to automated testing frameworks (Jasmine, Karma, Protractor) Familiarity with REST APIs and integrating with backend services Overall Responsibilities Develop, enhance, and maintain dynamic web applications using Angular framework Collaborate with cross-functional teams?including product managers, designers, and backend developers?to understand requirements and deliver solutions that align with business goals Write clean, efficient, and scalable code to support responsive user interfaces Conduct code reviews and contribute to the development of coding standards and best practices Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including UI bugs and performance bottlenecks Stay current with the latest Angular features, tools, and industry best practices to continuously improve development processes Assist in implementing automated testing and deployment strategies Collaborate in planning, sprint review meetings, and technical discussions to ensure timely delivery of features Technical Skills (By Category) Programming Languages: Essential: TypeScript, JavaScript Preferred: Angular CLI, HTML5, CSS3 Frameworks & Libraries: Essential: Angular (v8+), Angular Material, Bootstrap (preferred) Preferred: RxJS, NgRx (state management), LIBS for charts or enhanced UI components Development Tools & Methodologies: Essential: Git, npm, Webpack, code editors (e.g., Visual Studio Code) Preferred: Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Agile/Scrum methodology Testing & Automation: Essential: Jasmine, Karma, Protractor (or other testing frameworks) Preferred: Cypress, Jest Version Control & CI/CD: Essential: Git (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket) Preferred: CI/CD pipeline experience for automated build, test, and deployment Additional Technologies: Restful API integration, JSON handling, cross-browser compatibility testing Experience Requirements 3+ years of professional experience developing enterprise web applications utilizing Angular Proven experience translating UI/UX designs into functional, responsive interfaces Experience with agile development teams delivering iterative solutions Knowledge of front-end performance optimization and best practices Prior involvement in full software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment Industry experience in finance, healthcare, or enterprise software is a plus; alternative relevant product domains are acceptable Day-to-Day Activities Build and improve user interfaces with Angular, ensuring consistency and quality Collaborate with product owners, UI/UX designers, and back-end developers to deliver high-impact features Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality and functionality Conduct code reviews and share best practices across the team Troubleshoot UI issues, browser inconsistencies, and performance bottlenecks Follow and contribute to established coding standards and documentation processes Stay informed about the latest Angular developments and incorporate relevant features into projects Qualifications Bachelor's or Master?s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field Proven experience developing scalable enterprise Angular applications in a collaborative environment Relevant certifications (such as Angular Certification, if applicable) are a plus Professional Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement Ability to influence team members and promote best practices Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and continuous improvement Adaptability to evolving technologies and project requirements Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively S YNECHRON?S DIVERSITY & INCLUSION STATEMENT Diversity & Inclusion are fundamental to our culture, and Synechron is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
