Job Description Develop, optimize, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using AngularJS, HTML, and CSS , ensuring high performance across both mobile and web platforms . Collaborate with UI/UX designers, back-end developers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, maintainable front-end solutions. Implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment while ensuring system performance and quality. Mandatory Skills ? Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript ? Proven ability to create reusable, testable, and modular components ? Strong understanding of front-end build automation using task runners or scripts ? Expertise in CSS and JS performance optimization (maintaining >30fps UI responsiveness) ? Solid experience in banking or retail domains (must have) ? Good knowledge of Node.js, Angular Material, and Bootstrap ? Experience integrating with APIs, databases, caching layers, and proxies Additional Technical Skills Writing tested, documented, idiomatic JavaScript, HTML, and CSS Knowledge of external libraries (e.g., Devolte, store management) Understanding of non-blocking code and asynchronous patterns Familiarity with JSDoc or equivalent documentation standards Ability to coordinate workflows between designers, developers, and backend teams Functional Skills Adherence to best practices in coding, security, unit testing, and documentation Experience working in Agile methodology Capable of researching and benchmarking emerging technologies Strong understanding of technical architecture and design quality Soft Skills Strong ownership mindset ? self-motivated, proactive, and able to drive initiatives independently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams Ability to influence and mentor teams on technical best practices
