Job Responsibilities Job Description We are seeking an experienced Native App developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Flutter. Major Responsibilities Be part of the X-functional scrum team containing Product, UX and Engineering and participate in regular meetings (Sprint planning, daily, demo, retro) Provide feasibility feedback on UX designs and suggest alternate, lower effort approaches as necessary Implement wireframes efficiently and effectively Integrate with Microservices, partnering with other developers to discover data requirements per each design Team with QA to release stable code Build releases for internal distribution and assist dev-ops in CI/CD pipeline integration Collaborate with cross-functional process, method and tools teams to understand and implement requirements Provide Level 3 support and troubleshooting of reported issues Create and maintain documentation related to design, implementation, and usage of the Native App. Ruthlessly Refactor when adding features, implementing best practices and removing technical debt Stay up to date with industry standards and best practices Knowledge and Education Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in native app development Proficiency in implementing complex UI designs Strong knowledge of multi-threaded, event driven programming Demonstrated experience integrating with RESTful services Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Solution oriented mindset Strong communication and collaboration abilities Ability to work independently and in a team environment Experience with AWS web services would be considered as a plus Good communication skills Work Environment For dedicated and motivated employees, we offer an interesting and diversified job within a dynamic global team together with the individual and functional development in a professional environment of a global acting business.
