Qualification, Experience and Skills: has enough insights into hands-on experience with AI at least on the cloud side and even better if its in automotive. They have enough knowledge about language systems and working knowledge of LLMs Hands-on experience is a must, only 50% of them had any Hands-on experience Ability to be aware of the current and developing technology Good communication skills on Chinese and English Work with global teams with the motto of Customer First, we learn from China and iterate fast Key Behaviors: Mention the key behaviors that are critical for the role.
