Objective

Ensure the timely and efficient execution of field operations through effective vendor management and coordination.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Analyze field operation requirements and share clear execution plans with internal teams and vendors.
  • Manage end-to-end vendor onboarding, including sourcing, documentation verification, agreement coordination, and system onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate vendor records and ensure proper mapping/assignment in field operation systems.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with vendors to ensure SLA adherence and quality delivery.
  • Ensure timely email and system-based communication with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational or vendor-related issues promptly.
  • Monitor field operations data to identify gaps, trends, and vendor performance issues.
  • Ensure assigned tasks are completed within the defined TAT (Turnaround Time).
  • Support network expansion by identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new field vendors across locations.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in dealing with field executives or external vendors.
  • Hands-on experience with vendor onboarding, coordination, or field assignment tools/systems.
  • Strong geographical knowledge of India.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word; Google Sheets/Docs are a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure.
