We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Analyst - Decision Sciences Business: International Wealth & Premier Banking Principal Responsibilities Support the definition and design of Decision Systems Technology Strategy i.e., build Cloud based Cognitive decision infrastructure for implementation of Advance Analytics with performance at scale. Deliver & execute the roll out of Future State decision system across any HSBC market. Deliver the Decision Optimization program objectives related to development and implementation of Machine learning models, access to new external data and improvement of Credit Straight through processing, Turnaround time etc. Join up with Internation Wealth and Premier Banking teams to deliver a consistent Cloud based Decisioning Infrastructure across Underwriting, Originations, Fraud and Account Management. Develop, test and refine collections strategies to improve recovery rates. Implement best practices and standardize the change management process across various region. Create global standard service levels & deliver Management Infirmation to support operational monitoring of Future Decision Systems service. Requirements Bachelor?s/Master?s degree in any of the discipline like Computer Science, IT from a reputed university or MCA from a reputed university. Basic knowledge on Banking products Experience on Python programing is MUST (Python Developer) Experience on distributed version control systems & Repository hosting services (E.g. GitHub) is a MUST. Minimum 2-3 years of successful track record of leading technology (functional) projects with aggressive timelines across the organization Experience on Python Test Framework (PyTest), Visual Studio Code (VS Code) Experience in working in Banking Collections domain, recovery strategies and credit risk Experience in working with SQL, Google BigQuery Experience on Cloud, Digital Technology and Cognitive/AI platforms will be an added advantage.
