Track city real estate segments - residential, commercial, retail, logistics, warehousing, co-living, etc Maintain database of projects, developers, investors etc, & data verifications. Tracking economic performance indicators, policy initiatives, investments. Skills Proficient in excel, word and PPT. Report Writing, Analytical and Logic Application & Derivations Market orientation & awareness Ability to work under pressure (profile involves inter-departmental coordination and collaboration) Strong interpersonal skills Self-Motivated High level of integrity and work ethic Other Requirements Willing to Travel / Field Visits Educational Qualifications Bachelors in Architecture/ Urban Planning.
