About The Role

This isn’t a typical Operations role. As a Business Operations Analyst, you will be at the backbone of CoinDCX’s financial engine — ensuring that every deposit, withdrawal, reconciliation, and operational workflow runs with precision and integrity. You will operate at the intersection of Payments, Risk, Finance, and Product — building systems that scale safely in a high-growth, regulated environment. Your work will directly influence user trust, financial accuracy, and operational excellence across millions of transactions.

What You’ll Do

Drive Payment Operations Excellence

Own end-to-end processing of deposits, withdrawals, and refunds with high accuracy and SLA adherence
Monitor transaction flows across banks and payment gateways to ensure seamless user experience
Proactively identify and resolve payment bottlenecks before they escalate

Build Strong Reconciliation & Control Systems

Perform daily reconciliations across bank statements, gateways, and internal ledgers
Investigate discrepancies and drive resolution within defined SLAs
Maintain structured audit trails and reconciliation trackers to ensure financial accuracy

Strengthen Risk & Compliance Processes

Support document onboarding and verification workflows
Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, regulatory standards, and internal controls
Maintain audit-ready documentation and compliance records

Improve Processes & Scale Systems

Drive process improvements to enhance speed, accuracy, and scalability
Partner with Product and Tech teams to support automation initiatives
Prepare structured MIS reports and dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making

You’ll Excel in This Role If You

Think in systems and obsess over accuracy and controls
Thrive in high-volume, high-velocity operational environments
Have strong analytical skills and can break down complex transaction flows
Bring precision and structure to ambiguous operational challenges
Communicate clearly across Finance, Risk, Product, and Support teams
Have a bias for action and solve problems before they grow
Are comfortable working rotational or night shifts when business requires

You’ll Know You’re Winning When (First 6 Months)

You’re independently managing high-volume payment operations with >99% accuracy
Reconciliation gaps are identified and resolved proactively within SLA timelines
You’ve implemented at least 1–2 process improvements that reduce manual effort or error rates
Your MIS reports are being relied upon by Finance and Ops leadership for decision-making
Audit readiness and compliance documentation are consistently maintained
