The Business Analytics (BA) team comprises business intelligence and digital consulting professionals with expertise in e-commerce/online retail, focused on customer analytics and insights. The team leverages data analytics and industry research to enhance the customer experience on Lowes.com, one of the most critical drivers of online revenue growth.

As a Business Analyst, Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Include
Analytics & Reporting
- Responsible for hands-on work across various stages of the data-driven consulting process, including pulling and aggregating data from multiple sources and supporting short-term and long-term category strategies with stakeholders.
- Run reporting for projects and conduct site scrubs for search, browse, and left navigation experiences.
- Collect, verify, analyze, and summarize data using digital analytics tools and platforms to derive insights and identify performance trends that improve user experience.
- Understand the online and e-commerce business by analyzing customer data such as onsite behavior, product preferences, and qualitative feedback.
- Build dashboards, apply advanced analytics methods, and translate insights into business recommendations.
- Create insight-based action plans to address identified opportunities across different categories, supporting the Global Navigation practice.
- Maintain and distribute daily, weekly, and event-based reports.
- Utilize programmatic, quantitative, mathematical, and statistical methods to identify patterns and relationships in large datasets and answer business intelligence questions.
- Monitor AOP attainment daily, identify gaps, and proactively address potential misses.
- Ensure transparent and clear communication with all stakeholders regarding timelines and deliverables.
- Analyze customer data, including onsite behavior, product preferences, and qualitative feedback, and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Create and implement action plans to address identified opportunities at the category level.
- Conduct market studies to understand industry best practices and enhance digital customer experiences.
- Aggregate data from various sources to derive insights and recommendations supporting both short-term and long-term category strategies.
- Use tools such as Adobe Analytics and Medallia to derive business insights and support ad-hoc data analysis requests.
- Work effectively within a large global team and collaborate across functions to support enterprise-level initiatives.
- Take complete ownership of projects from initial analysis through implementation, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
