About The Job: We?re looking for a talented AMS-RF Design Engineer to join our growing semiconductor team and contribute to cutting-edge mixed-signal and RF solutions. This role is ideal for someone passionate about circuit design, physical implementation, and solving complex engineering challenges in a fast-paced environment. Essential Job Functions: ?? What You?ll Bring: ? 5?6 years of experience in AMS-RF design ? Master?s degree in Electronics, Electrical or Computer Engineering, Applied Physics, or equivalent ? Strong experience with Virtuoso Schematics Editor and ADE (Assembler/Explorer) ? Solid understanding of analog design principles and simulation methodologies ? Hands-on expertise across the full AMS-RF physical implementation flow ? from floorplanning and placement to routing and GDS sign-off ? Proficiency in verification flows: LVS, DRC, Antenna checks ? Skilled in the Cadence layout environment: Layout XL, Constraint Manager, Design Intent, CLE, EAD , and auto-routing tools ? Comfortable working in a UNIX/Linux environment ? Strong debugging, problem-solving, communication, and documentation abilities ? Excellent English technical writing and presentation skills ? Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative engineering environment Qualifications: ? Nice to Have: ? Experience migrating designs across foundries or nodes ? Knowledge of Cadence SKILL scripting ? Familiarity with data management tools such as DesignSync Dassault ?
