Job Title: Amazon Connect Developer ? Location: Bangalore ? Experience: 4+ ? Mode of Work : Hybrid ? Job Type : Contract to hire. ? Notice Period: Immediate joiners. ? Project Tenure: Long-term project JD: Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Amazon Connect Contact Flows , routing profiles, queues, and telephony configurations. Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS Lambda for dynamic, serverless call logic. Implement and maintain workflows for call recording, monitoring, and analytics . Build and support two-way communication integrations between Amazon Connect and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce). Configure and optimize Salesforce Voice or Amazon Connect CTI Adapter for embedded telephony experiences. Implement conversational interfaces using Amazon Lex , Polly , and related services. Develop event-streaming and reporting solutions using Amazon Kinesis , CloudWatch , or QuickSight . Troubleshoot contact center issues, perform root-cause analysis, and propose scalable solutions. Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards in voice communication systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including CRM developers, data engineers, and operations teams. Required Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect development. Strong understanding of Contact Flows , telephony routing, call recording, and contact center best practices. Expertise with AWS Lambda , IAM, CloudFormation, and related AWS services. Experience integrating Amazon Connect with Salesforce , preferably with Salesforce Voice or Amazon Connect CTI Adapter. Working knowledge of Amazon Lex, Polly, Kinesis, QuickSight , and event-driven architectures. Proficiency in scripting or programming (e.g., Python, Node.js). Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex voice workflows. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
