Job Title: Amazon Connect Cloud Engineer (AWS Certified) Location : Gachibowli, Hyderabad Employment Type : Full-time Shifts: 2-11 PM IST Experience: 1-4Yrs Only Notice Period: 0 to 30 days Max About the Role: Looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Amazon Connect Cloud Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about cloud technologies, customer experience platforms, and building scalable solutions using Amazon Connect and AWS services. You will work with senior engineers to design, configure, and support cloud-based contact center solutions. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the design, configuration, and deployment of Amazon Connect contact center solutions. Support integration of Amazon Connect with other AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, Lex, Polly, Kinesis, etc.). Participate in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in cloud-based telephony and IVR systems. Collaborate with senior engineers to implement call flows, routing, and reporting dashboards. Work on testing, documentation, and maintenance of contact center environments. Learn and apply best practices for AWS security, scalability, and performance optimization. Provide support in user training and onboarding for contact center platforms. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor?s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Basic knowledge of AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, IAM, CloudWatch). Familiarity with cloud-based telephony / contact center concepts (IVR, call routing, queues, chat, voice bots ). Understanding of programming/scripting (Python, JavaScript, or Node.js preferred). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and willingness to learn new technologies. Preferred (Good to Have): AWS Cloud Practitioner / AWS Associate certification. Exposure to Amazon Connect, AWS Lex, Polly, or other conversational AI platforms.
