We are a fast-growing Amazon marketing agency helping brands scale profitably on Amazon, Flipkart, Walmart, and D2C websites. We work with over 100 brands and focus on delivering results through performance marketing and strategic execution.

What This Role Offers

Were looking for highly motivated interns who are eager to start a career in eCommerce performance marketing, specifically in Amazon Ads. Youll work hands-on with ad campaigns, data analysis, and real-time brand strategy.

This is a 6-month full-time internship based in Mumbai. Based on performance, selected candidates will be offered a full-time role (PPO). Others will be released at the end of the internship.

Who Should Apply

Engineering graduates or equivalent with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
MBA/Postgraduate candidates interested in marketing, analytics, or e-commerce
Must have done at least one prior internship or job
Previous experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or eCommerce ads is a plus
Strong interest in data, advertising, and marketplaces like Amazon
A quick learner, analytical, and organized individual

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing Amazon ad campaigns (SP, SB, SD)
Analyze campaign performance and key metrics (ACOS, ROAS, TACOS, CTR, CPC)
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports
Coordinate with internal teams for inputs like creatives, listings, and strategy
Maintain performance dashboards and ensure timely execution of tasks
Stay updated with Amazon ads platform updates and e-commerce trends
Contribute to campaign growth ideas and optimization plans

Skills Were Looking For

Strong in Excel/Google Sheets - VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data handling
Analytical mindset with comfort in reading campaign performance numbers
Knowledge of Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar platforms is a big plus
Understanding of consumer behavior in eCommerce
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Ownership mindset and attention to detail
