Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Amazon Account Manager role based in Ludhiana. The Amazon Account Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of Amazon seller and/or vendor accounts, including listing creation and optimization, pricing updates, inventory monitoring, and promotion management. The role includes analyzing sales performance, tracking key metrics, and preparing regular reports to guide decisions on advertising, merchandising, and stock planning. The individual will coordinate with internal teams for content, pricing, and logistics, manage communication with Amazon support when needed, and ensure compliance with marketplace policies. The role also involves identifying growth opportunities, implementing best practices for account health, and supporting brand visibility through Amazon advertising and other platform tools.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Experience with Amazon marketplace management, including listing optimization, catalog management, and account health monitoring.
- Knowledge of eCommerce operations, such as inventory coordination, order fulfillment workflows, and basic pricing strategies.
- Understanding of digital marketing and Amazon advertising tools (e.g., Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands) to drive traffic and sales.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and recommend actionable improvements.
- Proficient in Excel or similar tools for data analysis; familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central dashboards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience managing Amazon accounts or other marketplace platforms is highly beneficial.
