Job Title : Platform Engineer / DevOps Engineer Location : Level : 10+yrs Employment Type : Full-time About The Role We are looking for a Platform Engineer (DevOps) with deep expertise in ARGOCD, Crossplane, Helm, Terraform, and cloud platforms (GCP and Azure). The ideal candidate will design, implement, and optimize multi-tenant platform infrastructure with a focus on scalability, automation, and reliability. You will be a key player in evolving our CI/CD pipelines and ensuring seamless integration across environments. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain platform infrastructure leveraging Terraform, Crossplane, and Helm for multi-cloud environments (GCP & Azure). Implement and manage GitOps workflows using ArgoCD for automated deployments. Develop and optimize multi-tenant infrastructure ensuring isolation, security, and efficient resource utilization. Collaborate with engineering teams to enable self-service infrastructure provisioning via Crossplane and IaC practices. Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines integrating with ArgoCD and Terraform for automated build, test, and release. Monitor system performance, reliability, and scalability using modern observability tools. Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual processes and increase developer velocity. Ensure compliance with security and operational best practices in multi-cloud environments. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong experience in Platform Engineering / DevOps / SRE roles. Hands-on expertise with Crossplane (MUST) including provisioning, composition, and managing cloud resources. Proficiency in ArgoCD, Helm, and Terraform for declarative infrastructure management. Experience with GCP and Azure deep understanding of cloud resource orchestration and IAM. Solid understanding of Kubernetes and container orchestration in multi-tenant environments. Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.). Familiarity with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.) and incident management. Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or Go preferred). Excellent collaboration and communication skills across teams. Nice-to-Have Experience with multi-cloud networking and hybrid infrastructure.
