Key Responsibilities:

·      Monitor daily revenue and Night Audit reports and ensure accurate reconciliation with the Property Management System (PMS).

·      Review and validate journal entries, accruals, provisions, and financial adjustments to ensure accuracy and compliance.

·      Assist in the timely finalization of books of accounts, including month-end and year-end closing activities.

·      Coordinate and provide support during internal, statutory, and tax audits.

·      Ensure compliance with all statutory and taxation requirements as per applicable laws.

·      Review and ensure timely filing of GST and TDS returns with accurate reconciliations.

·      Oversee cash handling, bank transactions, and ensure timely bank reconciliations.

·      Strengthen internal controls and ensure adherence to financial SOPs and company policies.

·      Supervise and guide Accounts Executives, Cashiers, and Store personnel to ensure smooth financial operations.

·      Collaborate with all departments to ensure financial transparency and proper cost allocation.

·      Support the Financial Controller in the timely preparation of monthly financial statements, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.

Qualifications:

• Education: CA inter / CMA inter /M Com / BMA (Finance).
• Experience: 4–7 years of experience in Finance & Accounts years in Hotel Industry preferred

Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (IDS), strong MS Excel skills, excellent communication, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
