Job Description
- Design and implement AI/ML models and generative AI applications to solve complex business challenges
- Build and optimize AI agents, LLM-based systems, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
- Develop scalable machine learning solutions leveraging transformer architectures and modern AI frameworks
- Deploy and maintain AI services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into production systems
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and best practices, continuously improving our AI infrastructure
- Programming: Strong proficiency in Python for AI/ML development
- Core AI/ML: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, model training, and evaluation
- Generative AI: Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI techniques
- Advanced AI: Experience building AI agents, implementing RAG systems, and working with transformer models
- Cloud Infrastructure: Practical experience deploying and managing AI workloads on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
